Welcome to planDisney, Ted. Planning is part of the fun and builds the anticipation leading up to your visit. For me, the best part of planning is deciding where and what you’re going to eat. So I’ll say bottoms up and let’s get to your question.
Food and drink are always a priority for all of my visits to Disneyland, so I like where your head is at. While it is a little more challenging and can take a little bit of effort, you can determine if there are any gluten free beers at the location you wish to dine at ahead of time. I recommend perusing the menus at the Disneyland site or in the
Disneyland app and then doing a web search for the beers that are served to see if they are gluten free. I also recommend asking the Cast Member at the location you are dining at.
On the bright side, I was able to find one location with a gluten free beer offering in Downtown Disney District.
Ballast Point Brewing Co. offers the Favorite Blonde Ale which their menu boasts is 100% gluten free! Cheers to that!
The Disneyland Resort does a great job of accommodating
special diet requests. Any gluten free options will be listed on the menus of each dining location and it’s always recommended to let the Cast Member know that you have a special diet request.
Since you’ll be visiting during
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort, I’m delighted to share that the
