We are coming to Disneyland for a once in a lifetime trip from Perth Australia. We purchased parking tickets but we will no longer have access to a car. Can we get a credit for the parking tickets to use in the park while we’re there?

Hi Jo! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.

I know you're going to have the most magical time on your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort. The new year will be full of new magical experiences. One experience we know is returning is the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. If you're a foodie, this is the festival for you! Follow Disney Eats for the upcoming official news on what returning favorites and exciting new sips, snacks, and treats you can indulge in during your visit.

According to the terms and services, pre-paid parking can't be refunded or credited to you for use elsewhere in the parks. I'm sorry if that's not the magical news you were hoping for today. Sometimes our plans change and it causes a hiccup in our otherwise perfect holiday, but I know you won't be thinking about parking once you're through those magical entrance gates.

Are you thinking about dining yet? There are so many great choices! My family enjoys an elegant night at Napa Rose in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Carthay Circle Restaurant on Buena Vista Street is our favorite dining location in Disney California Adventure Park. It's got a classic Hollywood vibe and delicious food. Or try Blue Bayou Restaurant in New Orleans Square at Disneyland Park for an iconic, immersive dining experience, where you dine in perpetual twilight as boats float by you.

    Have a magical visit.
