It sounds like you have quite an exciting visit coming up very soon! I just chatted with a Cast Member who let me know that if you are arriving on a charter bus there is a drop-off location in the
Downtown Disney District parking lot. Once you have been dropped off, you can make your way to the Downtown Disney District security area which is located just across from the Disneyland Hotel. Just look for the big Sorcerer Mickey hat in the air. The security entrance is right across the way from there. Then you can walk through the Downtown Disney District and it will take you right to the Esplanade where you will find both park entrances. If you will be starting off at Disneyland Park, you can head to the Downtown Disney District Station and take the
Monorail into Disneyland Park where it will drop you off in Tomorrowland.
