Hey there, Christine! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm super excited to hear about your upcoming Disneyland Resort adventure with your Mouseketeers. The Happiest Place On Earth is all about creating magical memories, and it's awesome that you're planning ahead for a fantastic experience!
The
Disability Access Service (DAS) pass is specifically designed for guests who have difficulty waiting in regular queues. With the DAS pass, you can skip the long lines and return when the wait is shorter. No medical documentation is required. So basically, DAS is your secret weapon for an extra smooth visit. At the Disneyland Resort,
everyone is welcome, and that ain’t no passing craze!
To get your hands on this secret weapon, you can
request a live video chat to pre-register for the DAS between 2 to 30 days before your visit, so you’re spot-on with your timing. If the video chat feature isn’t working for you, Hakuna Matata! You can always reach out to Disability Services by phone at +1 (407) 560-2547, or shoot them an email at
disability.services@disneyland.com. They're always as was as Rafiki when it comes to lending helpful guidance.
Now, if none of those options fit your schedule before your winter visit, no sweat! You can request DAS in person at any
Guest Service Desk at the Resort.
Pro tip: I find that
Chamber of Commerce on Buena Vista Street at
Disney California Adventure Park tends to have the shortest wait times!
I hope this is the problem-free philosophy you were looking for, Christine! Please
swing by again soon if you have any more questions! I’d love to hear about the adventures you're cooking up, and I'm always here to dish out
some handy tips!
Long live the King!Danielle
