Thank you for stopping by planDisney. You will arrive just in time for the beginning of
Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort. Taking place from August 23, 2024 through October 31, 2024, Halloween Time is the most spooktacular time of year to visit "The Happiest Place on Earth"! Make sure to look for
Disney Characters dressed in fun costumes, grab a seasonal snack, and ride the attractions with Halloween overlays, such as
Haunted Mansion Holiday and
Guardians of the Galaxy - Monsters After Dark (if they are open during your visit).
The
Hours & Events Calendar shows which attractions and experiences will be closed for refurbishment but it does not list those dates yet. I also checked the
Fantasmic! Dining Packages page and saw they are currently unavailable from August 26 - August 29, 2024 and September 3 - September 5, 2024. I don't know if
Fantasmic! is still showing on those evenings. I wish I had more information! Some Nighttime Spectaculars might not happen on select nights during slower seasons (typically weeknights). I recommend making other dining plans on those nights for now, which you can generally cancel if Fantasmic! Dining Packages open up. Just check the cancellation policies on those dining reservations ahead of time.
The
World of Color Dessert Party might be another option on those nights. It is my favorite evening experience! Dessert, snacks, and drinks are included, plus you can sit in real chairs to watch World of Color! Being able to sit and snack while watching this incredible Nighttime Spectacular is the perfect end to a fun-filled day at Disneyland Resort.
