    Well , I have been coming to Disney for now 12 years , I have a problem I have a trip plan and paid in full . I booked the vacation with my debit card which I lost , I need to cancel, can funds go in new card.

    Hi Lucerte - Thanks for writing in to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!  If you booked your vacation with your debit card and paid in full, it's possible that the fund have already come out of your bank account.  Did you check to see if that happened?  If not, I'd suggest that you call wherever you booked your vacation to see when the funds will be drawn.  You should be able to change the card at that time - but they can give you more guidance.
