HI, We are coming to Disney World in 2 weeks! For the Disney Dining plans - we check in at 7pm Monday night, and then have to leave super early (5am!) Sunday morning. How many days do we pay for the dining plan? would it be 6 days? Thanks! Amy

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Amy! You must be so excited that your trip is coming up so soon. Like yours, my family also loves using the Disney Dining Plan to save money while we're at Walt Disney World Resort, and if you take a few minutes to get to know how it works before you arrive you can save a lot of time while you're there as well!

When you check in to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel on a Monday and check out on Sunday you will have six days worth of Disney Dining Plan credits because you are staying for six nights. You can begin using your Dining Plan entitlements on the day you check-in and up to midnight on the day you check-out. Your credits roll over day to day, so if you only want to have a snack on the night you check-in, no worries! Your other credits from that day will be available for you to use for the rest of your stay.

When our family has a late check-in like yours does, we like to grab a meal at a Quick-Service restaurant when we arrive and save that day's Table-Service credit so we can use it later in the week at a signature dining location that requires two Table-Service credits. This way, we've been able to enjoy some incredible dining experiences like watching Happily Ever After from the dining room at California Grill, or taking in a beautiful sunset from the dock at The BOATHOUSE at Disney Springs

    Have a magical day, Amy!
