Hello! I am coming to Disney World for a week in July. I’m a diabetic and I enjoy no added sugar sorbet at The Plaza on Main Street. Do you know any other place on property that I can find no sugar added sorbet or another no sugar added non dairy dessert.

Hey there, Brenda, and welcome to planDisney!

Who doesn't love a refreshing cool treat on a hot Disney day? Popping in to The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor for something sweet and soaking up the Main Street, U.S.A. vibes are just the thing to cure what ails you. Since their no-sugar-added raspberry sorbet is the item that fits both your dietary and Disney treat needs, I've got just the trick to make sure you can meet those needs elsewhere.

While I couldn't find many items specifically listed as "no sugar added" outside of your favorite sorbet and a no-sugar-added pineapple haupia cake on the menu at Kona Café at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, all hope is not lost for your sweet tooth. I'd recommend speaking with a Cast Member when ready to dine. Particularly when dining at Table Service locations, the amazing chefs may be able to recommend something that may not be readily available on the menu.

Brenda, I hope those Cast Members can point you towards many delicious treats during your vacation. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back for another chat!

    Happy planning!
