    Coming to Disney world 9/30, will be staying at BLT. If our room is not ready what do we do with our carry on luggage from flight if we want to hit the park right away?

    Hi Kay,

    Your trip is so soon!  You must be getting so excited.  Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort is a wonderful resort.  I love the sleek and modern decor, and the ability to walk to Magic Kingdom is wonderful!

    You ask a good question.  If your room is not ready when you arrive at Bay Lake Tower, simply ask the cast member who is checking you in to direct you to someone from Bell Services.  Bell Services can hold onto your luggage while you head out to the theme park.  They will tag your luggage and give you a claim ticket.  When your room is ready and once you have arrived in your room, simply call Bell Services and they will deliver your luggage to you.  My family and I do this very often.  It is great to be able to head out into the theme park without dragging everything that we took on the plane with us!
