    Coming to Disney World Sept. 23 - 29 - staying at the Polynesian Resort. Would love to have only drinks at the California Grill in the Contemporary around fireworks time at the Magic Kingdom - how do I handle this - make reservation OR just take my chances

    Hello Valerie,

    The surest way to ensure a table inside the California Grill during Wishes, the Magic Kingdom fireworks show, is to make a reservation.

    But If you rather, check in at the reception desk or ask your resort concierge when you arrive on property to inquire about seating availability in the restaurant lounge. From my experience, the Cast Members will make every attempt to accommodate you and your party in the lounge. The lounge is located adjacent to the restaurant and offers drinks, appetizers and desserts.
