We are coming to Disney World next week. Our children are ages 10 & 8. Of the two water parks, which is best for this age?

    Hi Karen!
Tough choice...it's like trying to choose my favorite child. :)
Although both have very different themes, layouts, and attractions, they are equally satisfying for a day of fun in the sun. That said, my two girls, 12 and 7, always want to go to Blizzard Beach and brave the Summit Plummet and Slush Gusher. If your kids have a bit of daredevil in them, too, then give these two rides a try. There is also a raft flume ride that holds the whole family, so you can get in on the act, too, plus, to relax, you can all just grab a tube and float around the perimeter of the park in a lazy river.
You can't go wrong with either Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach, but since you asked, my family likes Blizzard Beach better.
I wish you a Magical, wet, and wild vacation!! :)
