We are coming to Disney World from May 8th thru the 13th. How busy are the parks during this time? We are trying to plan how much time to spend at each parks. I guess what will the average wait time be for the rides?

Hi MarKell! The Theme Parks at Walt Disney World Resort usually have medium crowd levels prior to Memorial Day in the month of May. Depending on the ages of your children, I would make varying recommendations for the amount of time to spend at each Park. For families with infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers, I recommend that you spend an entire day at each Park and take a mid-day break for naps and rest at your Resort hotel. For families with Elementary school aged children, I would recommend that you plan to spend the entire day at the Park.  For families with Middle school aged children and older, I would recommend that you consider Park hopping and take advantage of family favorites at each Park.

Attraction wait times vary from attraction to attraction and day to day. There is an excellent application by Touring Plans, "Lines", and it gives a good estimate of the wait times for attractions at the Parks. I use "Lines" on our vacations and it is a great time saver. Hope this helps.
