Coming to Disney World in Feb.First timers. My children are young (3 and 4) and require snacks, choc. milk and juice. We are staying at the Port Orleans French Quarters. Will the general store there have what we need or will we need to get the groc. deliverd?

    Hi there Megan,

You are gonna totally fall in love with the romantic and relaxing feel of Port Orleans French Quarter!  This moderate resort really lends itself to a small, boutique hotel and the theming is subtle yet authentic to the ante-bellum south.

There are a few options for snacks on property including Jackson Square, the resort's gift shop.  Here you will be able to find anything from souvenirs to basic health and beauty items, to New Orleans inspired trinkets, plus a small supply of grocery and sundry items.  Chocolate Milk and Juices are readily available, but the variety is pretty limited so if you are looking for specific brands, it may be better to order from an outside grocery service such as my favorite, GardenGrocer.com.  Your room will be equipped with a mini fridge, so you'll be able to refrigerate items if necessary!

Another option is Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory, the resort's food court!  You will be able to find some great 'grab and go' snacks here as well!

    Best Wishes,
