Hi there, we are coming to Disney World in early Feb and I am trying to get organized to book fast passes however the website keeps giving me errors. Is this normal before our time is available for booking fast passes? Thanks

Hi Chelsey! You must be so excited that your Walt Disney World vacation is fast approaching. It's great that you are planning to take advantage of FastPass+. I love sitting down in front of my computer before a trip to select our must-do attractions ahead of time. For me, planning is part of the fun of any vacation!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the FastPass+ booking tool. I'm going to give you some solutions to try. Chelsey, if you continue to see error messages, please call a helpful Cast Member specializing in My Disney Experience and FastPass+.

First, make sure that each member of your party has valid theme park admission linked in My Disney Experience. Next, you'll want to click on Get FastPass+ under the My Disney Experience heading. From there you will select your party and choose the date for which you would like to select FastPass+ experiences. This is important: you will only be able to view and choose the dates on which you are eligible to reserve FastPass+. If you are staying onsite at a Walt Disney World Resort, or select Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels, you may make your FastPass+ selections at 7:00 AM Eastern Time 60 days in advance of your check-in date. Otherwise, offsite guests may select FastPass+ experiences up to 30 days in advance, one day at a time.

I hope your issue is resolved quickly, so you can let the magic and the planning begin!

Have a wonderful, winter Walt Disney World getaway, Chelsey!
