    We are coming to Disney World 20th April to 2nd may, will the Star Wars ride be reopened by then, also are we too soon for the Star War weekends? Can anyone help

    Hi Jennifer.  Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!!  Congratulations on your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.  I know you must be excited about your vacation!

    I hate to tell you this but Star Tours is closed for refurbishment February 2 through May 19, 2011.  So you will miss it this vacation.  But there is always next time!!  Star Wars Weekends 2011 will be held at Disney's Hollywood Studios every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from May 20-June 12, 2011. 

    Please don't let this put a damper on your vacation plans.  There's always next time - so start planning for 2012!!
