Gratuities are not included with packages that include dining plans—unless otherwise indicated and an automatic18% gratuity charge is added to your bill for parties of 6 or more.
If your travel party consists of less than 6 Guests, a gratuity charge is not automatically added and the amount of tip that you leave is at your discretion (although a suggested tip of 18% is usually shown on your bill).
My family usually leave an 18% tip at each of our Table-Service meals unless we have received exceptional service in which case, we may leave 20%.
The good news is that gratuities are included for all Dinner Shows including Mickey's Backyard BBQ and Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show.
