Hi, We're coming to Disney 1 week from today! Yeah, our 3 1/2 year old daughter is so excited. I'm just wondering what is the best way to get to the Grand Floridian 1900 Park for character dinner reservations at 6:55 pm from Downtown Disney? Thanks

    Hi, Angela!

Just one week until your magical vacation...The official countdown is on!  Tell your princess to get ready for some super fun.  Make sure to pack your autograph book, pen, camera, and sunscreen.

Getting to your dinner from Downtown Disney is as easy as can be.  Just hop on a bus headed to the Grand Floridian.   When you arrive at this beautiful Victorian-themed resort, 1900 Park Fare is off to the left as you enter the front doors.   Check in at the podium, and if you are a bit early take some time to explore all the fun shops and lovely lobby area.  M Mercantile up on the 2nd floor has always been a favorite store for my kids!

Once on the bus, your transportation time will be about 30 minutes.  I would plan to be at the Downtown Disney bus stop by 6:00 to make sure you have plenty of time.  You do not want to keep Cinderella waiting!

Wishing you a fabulous vacation at the most magical place I know!  Enjoy!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
