Coming to Disney week of July 17, staying at POP with DH and 2 kids with 5 day passes. Are the parks busier on the EMH days? What is the busiest days for each park? Can't wait. Also is it faster to drive to the parks or take the busses?

    Hi Julia!

Yes, the parks are busier on the EMH days. So if it gets too crowded for you, some people just like to parkhop just for the EMH. So, if it's early morning hours, leave when those are done and go to a less-crowded park. Or if the EMH are at night, just wait till the first park closes and hit up the EMH park that night!

As far as which day is best, my favorite resource is touringplans.com. They make projections based on history and all kinds of super-smart-stuff I don't really understand--but it it fascinating to look at!

Driving versus Disney Transportation is an eternal question! I love Disney transportation because it's just one less thing I have to do. Sometimes driving your own car is faster because you don't have to make any stops at other resorts or parks. But when you're on Disney transportation you never have to wonder how to get where you're going or if you're going to make a wrong turn. If you're a back-seat kinda driver, then you might want your own car!

    Hope that helps!
