    Coming to Disney 11/1/12 thru 11/8/12 with 5 grandchildren, ages 3 to 8. How will the crowds be and will they begin decorating for Christmas? Any special events?

    Hi Nathan!

    You picked a great week to come to Disney!  The crowds shouldn't be too back because it's a few weeks before Thanksgiving.  The Christmas decorations usually start going up the first week of November since all of the Halloween festivities are over, so you should be able to see the beautiful Christmas displays all around Walt Disney World.  Most likely, there won't be any special events going on, but gazing at the decorations is an event in itself.  It is my favorite time of year to visit!
