Hi Hannah! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! In just a matter of days, you and your family are crossing the pond for
The World's Most Magical Celebration holiday at
Walt Disney World Resort. You will find so many specialty-themed treats at the parks and resorts. Look through the
50th Anniversary Celebration Sips and Bites Guide for offerings. I recommend checking out the Chocolate Mousse from
ABC Commissary at
Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Walt Disney World Resorts works hard to ensure an inclusive vacation experience for all its guests. I find this especially true for
Guests with Disabilities. For those guests with
cognitive disabilities, they offer the Disability Access Service (DAS) to help minimize wait times in traditional attraction queues, but not skip the lines entirely. Once you have entered your first theme park, stop by
Guest Relations with your step-brother to set up his pass. Your friendly Cast Member will assist in setting up a return time for a chosen attraction. After completion, you will be able to make another choice. I recommend verifying your entire travel party is linked to the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, which will allow you to experience rides and attractions together. If you need further information please contact disability services at 0800 028 0778 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com.
Your visit is during the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Make sure to stop by an
outdoor kitchen to enjoy a fresh culinary delight. My favorite was the Spicy Hot Dog with Pineapple Chutney and Plantain Chips from Pineapple Promenade near the Port of Entry. Enjoy live music at the
Garden Rocks Concert Series in World Showcase. Check your app during your visit for showtimes and performers.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
