Hello Moms! Coming to Disney 11/3 - 11/10 and planning to attend the 1st MVMCP on 11/9. I'm traveling with a very good friend and our daughters ages 10 &11 yrs old. I was hoping you would be able to give me a list of 10 things you must do at Disney! Th

Asking a Disney fan to narrow it down to ten is like asking how to rope the moon, Stephanie!  That said, I'll do my best.

    1. Get a picture in front of Cinderella Castle.  Bonus points if you can capture a jumping for joy shot!
    2. Try a Dole Whip.  It's practically mandated.
    3. Eat with the characters.  Garden Grill would be my choice.
    4. Ride a coaster.  Expedition Everest rocks.
    5. Taste your way around the World Showcase.  Don't skip Kaki Gori in Japan.
    6. Do an entertainment grand slam: Fantasmic!, Wishes, Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade, and IllumiNations.
    7. Rent a surrey bike at the BoardWalk.
    8. Visit Typhoon Lagoon and ride the giant waves.
    9. Get a sundae at Ghirardelli in Downtown Disney.
    10. Buy a pair of Mickey ears.  Wear them proudly.

You are sure to have a great time, Stephanie!

Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists.
