Hiya Mike - welcome to
planDisney!
It's great to hEAR that you'll be visiting with a performance group - it's such a magically unique experience for the performers and their families! Mike, when booking with a large group you may be offered specially tailored options that aren't available to everyday Guests. For this reason, I recommend also directing your question to whoever is helping your group arrange your Walt Disney World travel package.
I will say that in many cases, you'd be provided with a Disney Dining Card pre-loaded with a specific dollar amount. In my experience, these have been valid for redemption at almost any food location, but your cards may be different. The only place I think I ran into a snag was any dining experience that required full pre-payment, such as
Cinderella's Royal Table at
Magic Kingdom Park. That being said, Mike, please know that there could be any number of restrictions or terms and conditions attached to a dining card. For example, the cards can be limited to
Quick-Service locations only.
For that reason, I definitely recommend checking and getting an official answer from either the Cast Member who is facilitating the planning of your trip, or a Cast Member in the Theme Parks once you arrive.
If you end up at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, be sure to check out
Satu'li Canteen at Pandora - The World of Avatar. They have some
great new menu items to celebrate the release of Avatar: The Way of Water!
