    We are coming to disney orlando in October 2015 and had planned to buy memory maker. But not to sure how that would work. If I buy it in advance do I get a voucher sent by email to hand over once we are in one of the parks?

    I hope you are having a delightfully Disney day and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Thank you for asking such a great question.  I think it is wonderful you are starting to plan your next vacation. To me, planning the magic is almost as fun as experiencing it!

    When you purchase the Memory Maker service you will have the option to ship it to you or to reserve it at Will Call.  If you select the later choice, you will need to take the credit card you purchased it with, a valid government-issued ID and the order confirmation number to any of the Walt Disney World theme park ticket sales locations to pick it up.  

    You are going to love how much the Memory Maker service compliments your vacation.  It makes it so easy to capture and store unlimited photos showcasing all of your magical memories.  I just love looking back on every shot and reliving the moments.  Have a wonderful time planning your October adventure and if there are any other questions you may come across, please let us know.
