Hi, We're coming to Disney in October of this year. We purchased a memory maker but it only seems to be linked to my name. Do I have to link it to the other six people in my family? Thanks for your help.

Greetings, Sandra, welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we thank you for your question regarding Disney's Memory Maker digital photo downloads.

I would recommend that you associate Disney's Memory Maker with everyone in your travel party so that all unique memories are captured by all at Disney PhotoPass locations.

Setting up and utilizing Disney's Memory Maker is straightforward, here's how:

    1. Link Memory Maker to your Disney account, which you already have done. If it was purchased online then it will probably already have been linked automatically.
    2. Head over to your Family and Friends list and make sure you add family that will be traveling with you on this vacation to facilitate viewing and downloading all of their photos.
    3. Upon your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort when you see a Disney PhotoPass location including a select attraction or dining venue be sure to ask the photographer or Cast Member to link the photos to your Disney account using either your MagicBand or Theme Park Media Card including the Memory Maker Card or Disney PhotoPass Card.
    4. Using MyDisneyPhotoPass.com and My Disney Experience Mobile App you have the option of downloading your Memory Maker photos on the spot during your vacation or when you are back home.

Wishing you many magical memories together at Walt Disney World Resort, Sandra!
