I am coming to Disney from Nov 11 thru the 16. I was just wondering how the crowds are around veterans day. And this time if year

    Hi Laura,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. My family and I often travel to Walt Disney World in the fall. I love this time of year at Walt Disney World. It is cooler than the heat of the summer, but still lovely and warm enough to enjoy all that Walt Disney World has to offer.

Generally speaking, I think that you will find moderate crowds during the November week that you are planning to be at Walt Disney World. While you may find more guests there on Veteran's Day weekend, I think that generally guests wait until Thanksgiving, when most schools and jobs offer more vacation time, to head to Walt Disney World in November. I still recommend that you make Disney FastPass+ selections before you head to Walt Disney World in order to experience some attractions with shortened wait times.

If you can, I suggest that you plan to visit Epcot early in your vacation. This is because the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival runs this year through November 13. With kiosks offering food from around the globe, as well as great entertainment, demonstrations, and so much more, this festival is a must-do for my family!

Have a great time planning your magical vacation and please let us know if you have any further questions, Laura!
