Coming to Disney in Nov and my son was wondering if there's free wi-fi.He has an IPod Touch with the Disney Parks App Downloaded and was wondering if he could use that in the parks and if he needs Wi-Fi to use it.It lists wait times ,directions to places.

My family has a serious Apple addiction. We love all our i gadgets and are always in search of free wifi. i have multiple apps on my iPhone to find hidden Mickeys, quiz family members on Disney trivia, and several to check on ride wait times. I have never had trouble getting good cellular service in the parks, but currently the Walt Disney World Theme Parks do not have wireless access. There is access at the ESPN Wild World of Sports Complex and in the Deluxe Resorts. Anyone eating at a restaurant in a Deluxe Resort is welcome to use the wireless by signing on as Disney Guest. This probably won't help with attraction wait times however. According to my tech savvy Apple expert teenage son wifi is your only option with an iPod touch to receive up to the minute information.
