We are coming to Disney next week 3/1 to 3/7 and we have past wrist bans will they work for this trip

    Hi Ralph! Welcome to planDisney!

Your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort is right around the corner! Have you been counting down the days? I always have a countdown going to our next vacation, especially when we plan to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth. Your return visit will be here before you know it!

The general rule of MagicBands is that the battery lasts for approximately two years, however, I have used my favorite MagicBands for up to three years and they have always worked. I made sure to bring my Walt Disney World theme park ticket card in my wallet, just in case my MagicBand didn't work knowing that I could get in with my card, then purchase a new MagicBand if needed. I recommend you do the same, but hopefully, your MagicBands from your previous visit will work just fine!

If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you have the option to purchase MagicBands at a discounted rate and can pick them up at the Front Desk when you arrive. This is a great way to guarantee that you'll have a working MagicBand without having to purchase one at full price when you arrive.

I hope this helps, Ralph! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
