We will be coming to Disney next week and have to eat gluten/wheat free due to having celiac disease. Do you know if the Gluten free food is good? Thank You

    Hi Michelle!

You must be thrilled your magical vacation is only a few days away. So exciting! Disney does a wonderful job of accommodating Guests with all kinds of food allergies and making sure they definitely don't lose out on any flavor. After vacationing with my parents last fall (my step-dad eats gluten free,) I can assure you the gluten-free food is delicious. On many occasions I would sneak a bite or two from his plate for "research purposes," of course. The chefs were always kind to talk to regarding his specific needs and even seemed to enjoy coming up with options to suit his allergy and taste.  One of our favorite gluten-free meals was at The Garden Grill restaurant. Here, we all agreed my step-dad's options were some of the most delicious.

To make it easier, make sure you have added a note to any of your Table-Service reservations and let a Cast Member know at the Quick-Service dining locations, so that they can steer you towards the gluten-free options.

Have a wonderful vacation, Michelle. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
