I am coming to Disney in May for a wedding with my husband & 20 month old daughter. We are arriving a day early. Since we'll be eating plenty of fancy food during our stay, are there any recommendations for inexpensive, but fun place to have dinner?

    Hi Danielle!

How exciting to have the opportunity to attend a special wedding in Walt Disney World!  I'm sure it will be a celebration of a lifetime, and the entire wedding party, guests and all, will come away with so many unforgettable memories!

If you do not plan to go to a Park on that first day, I highly recommend you try Downtown Disney for some amazing dining options.  Our favorite there is the Earl of Sandwich!  Oh my goodness, those sandwiches are delicious, and we look forward to going there almost every time we go!

Another favorite there is Pollo Campero, a quick service restaurant with yummy, fresh Latin-inspired food!  And we love Wolfgang Puck Cafe there - love the pizzas!!!

Another option would be to enjoy the quick service dining options at a Disney Resort.  For instance, we love to dine at Capt/ Cook's at the Polynesian Resort, where we can get yummy pizzas, burgers & salads, & also get a Dole Whip for dessert!  We eat outside at one of their tables overlooking the pool and beach, and if we time it just right, we get to enjoy an amazing view of Wishes Nighttime Spectacular fireworks show from the Magic Kingdom!
