We are coming to Disney in June with 3 and 4 year old boys. There also be a girl that is 7 but is very small and only 34 pounds. What rides do you suggest for the little ones and things to do? Thank you

    Hi, there!

Kim, I'm so excited to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort this June. And with little ones in tow! You're sure to make lots of magical memories together.

There are many family-friendly attractions in the theme parks that are perfect for Guests of all ages! I'm happy to share some of my family's favorites.

At Magic Kingdom Park, head straight for Fantasyland. There you'll find classic attractions like Peter Pan's Flight and Dumbo the Flying Elephant - they're just perfect for little ones! I especially love that these attractions feature interactive queues that keep my kids busy and entertained while we wait to ride. Other must-do attractions in Fantasyland include The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, "it's a small world," Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid, Prince Charming Regal Carrousel, and Mickey's PhilharMagic. You won't want to miss the family-friendly attractions in other areas of the park too. My kids love Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, and The Magic Carpets of Aladdin.

In Epcot, you'll want to visit The Seas with Nemo & Friends pavilion. After riding a clamobile through an underwater adventure, you'll exit into a 5.7-million-gallon saltwater aquarium that little ones just love to explore! There's also fun to be had in World Showcase. Attractions like Frozen Ever After and Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros are perfect for your kiddos.

Your family can play big in Toy Story Land at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Toy Story Mania! and Alien Swirling Saucers are toy-tally fun for little ones! I bet your kids will also enjoy moving and grooving with Mickey Mouse and his friends at the Disney Junior Dance Party!

You'll have a wild day at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Kilimanjaro Safaris is a must-do for families traveling with little ones. Your heart will just melt when you see your children squeal with joy as they watch giraffes pass by your safari vehicle! Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is home to my two favorite shows at the Walt Disney World Resort; Festival of the Lion King and Finding Nemo - The Musical. You won't want to miss either one!

Be sure to check out the Preschool Parents' Guide while you're counting down the days until your visit. It has lots of tips and information that I think you'll find helpful!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kim. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
