Coming to Disney in June and splitting our 10 night stay between POR and BCV. We do not plan on having our own vehicle. What is the best way to move our luggage between the two resorts? Will Disney help us out with this? Thanks!

Hi Heather!  Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Split stays at Walt Disney World are very popular and Disney does their best to make it an easy and smooth transition.  On the day you check out of your first hotel, take your luggage to Bell Services.  Tell them that you are transferring resorts.  They will tag your bags for your second resort and hand you a receipt to be able to get your bags later in the day.  Bell Services will then handle transferring your luggage to your second resort.  After enjoying the parks, head to your second resort.  Find Bell Services and hand the Cast Member the receipt.  They will then go in the back, find your luggage and hand it to you at your new resort or help you with it to your room, whatever you choose.  It is an easy and convenient process.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask!  Have a magical day.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
