I am coming to disney on June 3rd...I have a friend that is coming with me that has a issue in walking and balance...she cannot step quickly onto moving platforms. Will disney stop rides she she can load and unload or will she not be able ride those rides

    Hi Liesa!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

Generally speaking, that shouldn't be a problem.  Just explain to the Disney Cast Member you see before getting on a moving platform and he or she should be able to help.  Rides stop quite often already for guests who need a little more time or assistance in loading into or unloading from the ride vehicle.

Enjoy planning your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and please write back with more questions!
