Coming to Disney in July. My wife is a big-time chocoholic. Where is the best choclcate in each of the four parks and DD? Any special items that are just muct haves? We are doing a deluxe DDP, so we have plenty of snack options we can use for her "fix

Hi there Michael! How thoughtful of you to research chocolate options for your wife!

Disney's Deluxe Dining Plan includes 2 snacks per person for each night of your Magic Your Way vacation package so, there will be lots of opportunity to sample some wonderful items. Also, be sure to keep in mind that chocolate generally travels best in a carry-on bag for those snacks that will be returning to Ohio with you. My family and I love to use any left over credits at the end of our vacation to take home special treats to share the Disney magic with others.

In no particular order, here are some of my top locations for discovering delightful chocolate desserts while on vacation in Walt Disney World:

    1. Goofy's Candy Factory in Downtown Disney
    2. Karamell-Küche (German for Caramel Kitchen) in the Germany pavilion of Epcot's World Showcase
    3. Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom Park
    4. Starring Roles in Hollywood Studios

A great unofficial resource for looking at the individual menus for each of the above establishments is www.allears.net.

Thanks so much for visiting us here at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions my way in the days leading up to your trip!
