Hello, Jessica!
Not to worry! You have plenty of time to plan out your days at Walt Disney World!
I'll need a little more information about you and your family before being too specific, though. For example, let me know where you're staying, the ages and interests of the members of your group, if you are on a Dining Plan and if you have the Park Hopper Option on your park passes. This will help me guide you toward selections are tailored for folks with those interests and options. (I eat my way around the parks very differently when I am on a Dining Plan than when I'm paying for each meal out-of-pocket; I also make selections based on my home resort, too.)
In general, try to avoid park hopping most days, in order to maximize your time in the parks. Less time on transportation means more time at attractions! I also suggest taking a look at touringplans.com, which is an unofficial crowd-prediction site specifically geared toward helping Guests avoid the most crowded parks ahead of time. We can do this, too, once I know what your interests are. Finally, we always design our days around park hours, which includes making a dinner reservation at a park which will still be open for several hours after our meal. Those hours can be found at Walt Disney World.com, under each park's page.
Magic Kingdom, for example, is open until midnight on the day of your arrival, but closes at either 7 or 9 p.m. throughout your trip. I'd plan to be in MK on one of those 9 p.m. days.
Again, fill me in on those details above so that we can make selections that are perfect for your family. I love to help, so planning will be easy and you won't feel so overwhelmed. We want you to have fun on this vacation! :-)
