Hi there, coming to disney for the first time since I was little in 3 weeks! I am gluten, dairy and egg intolerant, how difficult is it going to be for me to eat? I've heard Disney is very allergy friendly and we have the dining plan. Thanks!

    Hi Julie,

It is definitely true that Walt Disney World is very allergy friendly. When you arrive at a table service restaurant, alert the hostess to your allergies. The restaurant's chef will come by and make note of your restrictions and let you know which foods are okay for you. They are very accommodating, and will be very willing to work with you to make sure that your meal is safe.

    Have a great vacation!
