We are coming to Disney for our first family vacation in November. We are not staying on property, so reserving a meal at Cinderella's Royal Table and Be Our Guest is near impossible. Any suggestions on making this happen?

    Hi Jennie!

My best advice for snagging hard to get advance dining reservations is to keep trying and be flexible.  Even if you have your heart set on a particular meal, search for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well to open up your chances.  Break up your Guest count and search for smaller tables, so if you are a party of 4, look for 2 tables of 2 instead.  Check every day, twice a day or more.  I know it sounds a little ridiculous, but I have been pretty lucky in the past with getting last minute reservations at the most popular restaurants just by being persistent!  I find that often the week before my desired date and even the day before will pop up with unexpected restaurants when I'm searching for reservations.  You never know when another family will cancel, especially in those last few days before when schedules and plans are being rearranged.

I hope you'll be greeted with a little pixie dust and luck!

    Have a magical day!
