    We are coming to Disney December 13 to 20th and staying at the new Art of Animation!!! Our boys are 13 and 11 and have no idea about this big surprise! We are having a hard time containing the secret! Wondering about what to pack for this time of year!!

    Hi Jennifer!!!

    Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World Vacation!  I think that it is awesome that you are keeping it a secret from your boys!  I recently surprised my four year old with a trip to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and the expression on his face was priceless!!

    December and January at the Walt Disney World Resort are always toss-ups in terms of weather.  I would recommend bringing an assortment of jeans/pants and shorts.  You will most probably be able to wear shorts and short sleeve shirts during the day time, but will probably need to transition over to jeans/pants and a jacket in the evenings.  I was just at the Magic Kingdom last weekend and wore jeans and a short sleeve shirt and was perfectly comfortable.
