We are coming to Disney since my children (boy 11, girl 2, and boy 1) have birthdays two weeks apart(May-June) I want to make it special but stay within a budget. My husband wants to stay where Magic Kingdom can be viewed but it's expensive. Any suggestion

Hi there Virginia!  A view of the Magic Kingdom is very magical, and I understand wanting to have that view from your resort.    Without knowing specifically what your budget is,  I'd first like to direct you to the current special offer for Select Disney Resort Hotels  April 2 - June 14, 2013.  You will need to book by March 31 for the travel dates you appear to be most interested in.  You just may be able to secure a room with a view of Magic Kingdom Park at Disney's Polynesian Resort, Disney's Contemporary Resort or Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.  Perhaps this discount falls better within your budget?

If the rates are still not what you had hoped for,  then you might consider taking advantage of the same discount in order to stay at one of Disney's Moderate or Value Resorts.  Staying on property is a must, as you will be so immersed in the MAGIC.  Wherever you choose to stay, be sure to let them know you are celebrating birthdays at check-in.  Your children will receive a special birthday button to wear. I imagine they will feel so special when they hear "Happy Birthday" at nearly every turn.

If staying in a Theme Park View room simply doesn't fall within your budget, remember that you're in Disney. The trip will be special in so many ways!

I wish you a MAGICAL vacation!
