We are coming to Disney (AKL) from the UK for my daughters 6th birthday on 22nd July for 2 weeks! what are the crowd levels like at that time of year? if it is a busier time of year whats your advice to beat the queues and make the most of our trip

Gina, July is busy time at the Disney Theme Parks because 'school's out for summer' making it a popular destination with families just like yours and mine.
Florida summers are hotter than we're used to here in the UK; please be prepared for possible queuing in the heat and make sure your family stays hydrated by drinking plenty of water, everyone should try to wear hats and sunglasses and last, but by no means least; wear a high factor sunscreen combined with a 5 star UVA & UVB rating; trust me, sunburn isn't at all magical. To beat both the possible crowds and definite heat I absolutely recommend beginning your Park days bright and early, aiming to head back to your Resort sometime after lunch for a dip in the pool; then after you're quite refreshed pop back to the Parks to enjoy the cooler evening hours.
To help further combat the queues I suggest using the new FastPass+, which is currently being tested at The Magic Kingdom Park and Disney Animal Kingdom Theme Park; simply manage your FastPass+ selections by using My Disney Experience.
    Have a great Disney day.
