    Coming to Disney again 5 years later. First time we stayed on resort with magic bands. This time not staying at resort & bought passes. Online we have 2 profiles each, we can’t remove & now we can’t link the old magic bands?

    I am excited to hEAR you are gEARing up for a return trip, during Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary and am happy to help with your conundrum. When it comes to Guests who have multiple My Disney Experience profile accounts and reservations, Disney MagicBands and itineraries start becoming a jumbled fiasco it is time to call for tech support. Guests can dial (407) 939-4357 and a Cast Member will begin merging all of your My Disney Experience profiles into one. Expect to spend some time on the phone because they are experiencing a high call volume and it may take some Faith, Trust, Pixie Dust and a little bit of patience to merge the accounts. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST and it is best if you can call as early as possible for a shorter wait time. 

    Afterward become comfortable navigating your My Disney Experience app, things will look a little different since you have been here. More can be accomplished on this handy dandy tool before and during your visit. While I know you are looking forward to using your Disney MagicBands check out the Disney MagicMobile service. Here Guests with eligible iPhones, Apple watch or Google Pay enabled Android phones can turn their Walt Disney World tickets into digital passes. Plus, with your app, Guests can learn about the complimentary Disney Genie feature and consider purchasing Disney Genie+ and/or Individual Lightning Lanes to create their Practically Perfect Day at Walt Disney World.
