    Hi, we are coming 3/6-3/12/2012 and are on the dining plan. Can you recommend must-do's in terms of dining for 2yo and 5yo boys?

    Hi Brandi:

    I have two boys, ages five and four, who have been traveling to Disney World since they were infants.  I'd love to share some of our fun family dining recommendations that appear in the 2012 Dining Plan to help give you ideas of some options for your family.
    • 50's Prime Time Café, American comfort food and fun service in a period setting;
    • Whispering Canyon Café, an Old West themed family-style restaurant;
    • Biergarten in the Germany Pavilion at Epcot, an all-you-can consume German-style buffet (along with some American favorites),
    • 'Ohana (for dinner), a Polynesian family-style restaurant;
    • Coral Reef, a wonderful and fun experience for kids (and adults) where you can dine in front of stunning underwater views.
    • Boma, a buffet with some African flair
    • Jiko, serving dishes influenced by African, Indian, and Mediterranean cuisine; and
    • California Grill, fusion cooking and spectacular views of the Magic Kingdom and the Wishes fireworks show

    A couple of the above restaurants require two table service credits.  Your family may have different tastes, but hopefully these recommendations will be a good start to planning your dining.

    Enjoy your vacation.
