    Coming Dec 2013 & splitting btw 2 resorts..AoA and then Contemporary...? Can we just take the bus from AoA to MK and then monorail to Contemporary for check-in?...I know luggage will go from hotel to hotel via bell services but not the humans, correct?

    In fact, the Magic Kingdom is so close to Disney's Contemporary Resort you may just walk over for check in. On the occasions we have changed resorts, we usually head to the theme park of our choice in the morning, enjoy some attractions and lunch, and then head to our new resort in the afternoon by bus straight from the park. This method allow for a little more park time and a little less travel time.

    You certainly have chosen two amazing resorts to enjoy. Disney's Art of Animation Resort is bold, colorful, and shiny new. You will be able to see the inaugural Christmas decorations here! Disney's Contemporary Resort is a fabulous, deluxe resort with possibly the best location in Walt Disney World. Be sure to catch the Electrical Water Pageant on the Seven Seas Lagoon one night as it winds its way by your resort.
