Hi Andrea,
Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. My daughter, who is 9 years old, loves to visit the
Children's Activity Centers at Walt Disney World. I think that she looks forward to being at them just as much as my husband and I look forward to an adult night out at Walt Disney World!
My daughter most often asks to go to the Children's Activity Center at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. We have not been since this activity center was recently changed from the Neverland Club to Club Disney; however, I can only imagine that this would make it even better! Another recommendation, if your daughter enjoys animals, is Simba's Cubhouse at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. This center has large windows which look out onto a savanna, so the children can see exotic animals like giraffes as they roam by. I must admit that another factor in which Children's Activity Center my daughter goes to is what our adult plans are for the evening. If we are planning a dinner and Jiko or Sanaa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, she would mostly likely go to Simba's Cubhouse. If we wanted to enjoy an evening at California Grill, she would probably stay at Club Disney so we were just a quick monorail ride away. If we wanted to walk into World Showcase for an evening of strolling around Epcot, she would stay at the Sandcastle Club at Disney's Beach Club Resort.
I do suggest that you make advance reservations at whichever activity center you decide upon. You can do this by calling 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463). For Camp Dolphin, call 407-934-4241.
I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Andrea! Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
