I am coming up on 30 days till my friends and I’s Disney World trip. We have 2 rooms booked hoping to be connected, when should I use the Disney Experience app to check in and give us the best chance?

Welcome Jordan, thank you for stopping by planDisney about your upcoming stay

Having two rooms next to each other is such a great idea. Making these requests is fairly common and I’ll be happy to help. I have 3 kids of my own and an extra room is sometimes what is needed so everyone can be comfortable. You can typically make this request in two different ways. One is using your My Disney Experience App, here you can use the Online Check-In to make a request for your rooms. The second is my personal favorite, speaking with a Cast Member from Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. These folks are amazing and will assist by leaving a note with your request. While these requests are not guaranteed, the Cast Members I have always encountered are way more than willing to help and fulfill any available requests.

I’m hopeful you find this information useful. If you haven’t had an opportunity to make any reservations for any meals. You can check also and ask about advanced dining reservations. If you do happen to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge you may have an opportunity to enjoy a beverage at Oga’s Cantina. The Batuuan community will agree the libations here are out of this world and reservations are highly recommended. If have any other questions or need any tips for planning revisit us at planDisney.com

    Have a magical stay,
