    Coming in 5 days and our pass is called the: '2022: 14-Day PDS Special Offer Ticket (with Memory Maker for Adult ticket only)'. It also has FastPass Plus written on it. Does this mean we get access to Genie complimentary? Thank you

    As the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, it makes me so very happy to hear that your family of Mouseketeers is all set and ready for a tiggerific holiday this coming week at Walt Disney World Resort.  Oh boy!  I know Mickey is getting excited to see you, and I can bet that you're all finding it tricky to get to sleep at night with so much magic waiting right around the river bend in just a few days time!

    Claire, it's good to know you've got ready your 14-day PDS Special Offer Tickets!  As with any Magic Tickets, I expect you've already linked your 14-day PDS Special Offer Tickets to your My Disney Experience account.  This in turn will have enabled you to go ahead and make Disney Park Pass reservations for your intended Disney days.

    If you did need to view up-to-the-magical-minute Disney Theme Park availability, this can be done by checking out this useful link.

    Claire, I'm more than happy to share that the Disney Genie Service is complimentary for all Guests visiting Walt Disney World Resort!  But if you so wish, Disney Genie+ or Individual Lightning Lanes can be purchased on your day of visit via the My Disney Experience Mobile App.

    Additionally, it might be good to know that FastPass+ has now taken its place in the Disney vault and is no longer offered to Guests visiting Walt Disney World Resort.

    In answer to your question, as each Disney Theme Park Ticket has its own particular Terms and Conditions, my best advice would be for you to speak in person with a Cast Member on arrival at Walt Disney World Resort.  Helpful Cast Members will be delighted to provide confirmation of all the inclusions on your 14-day PDS Special Offer Ticket when they gain access to your My Disney Experience account.

    Before leaving home, it's easy to connect with a Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone number for Disney Park Tickets contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

    Or, upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort, you're more than welcome to stop by any ticket booth located nearby the entrances of the Disney Theme Parks, at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, at any Guest Relations location, or at the Front Desk Services at any of Disney Resorts Collection hotels where Cast Members will be able to provide further assistance on your exact ticket inclusions.
