Hi Samantha! I would absolutely be thrilled if Walt Disney World would come up with a refillable mug system to use in the theme parks! Unfortunately, though, the Rapid Refill mugs you will receive as part of your package will only be for use at the resort. You should still be able to make good use of it though, as you can get hot beverages in the morning, like coffee, tea or hot chocolate, and then later in the day you can fill it with soft drinks or iced tea. Plus, it makes a great souvenir when you go home.
