    Coming in 11 days! We will be leaving on 9/6 and will just miss MNNSHP. Will the parks be decorated for Halloween when we arrive on 8/31 or do they wait until closer to the actual party date to decorate? We've never been to DW during Halloween.

    Hi Steven!

    Decorations usually begin going up in late August, before Labor Day weekend, according to my personal experience.  This is not "official", however, so the dates could be different this year.

    However, you will very likely see plenty of the decorations during your visit, if not ALL of them.  And they are WONDERFUL!

    I hope you have  magical vacation at Walt Disney World during this SPOOKtacular time of the year!
