Hello, We are coming in a couple weeks and have scheduled breakfast at Chef Mickey's on my son's birthday to start the day with a bang. As I'm planning our days I'm wondering how long it usually takes to do breakfast there? Should I figure on an hour?

    Hi there, Amanda!

Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  Breakfast at Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort is always a treat!  In my opinion, you can certainly dine and see all of the characters within an hour.  The length of your breakfast can really depend on you.  You can dine for as little or as much time as you'd like.  Menu items are available in a buffet setting, so you may go up right away and revisit as much as you'd like.  The characters make their way around continuously so there should be no concerns about missing your favorites!  Please remember to tell the cast member at the podium that you are celebrating a birthday.  Birthdays always receive special recognition at Walt Disney World!

I wish you a truly magical vacation!
