Hello, coming to CA for my sons wedding from OR and arriving early with plans to attend Disneyland (for magic and pre-purchase wedding ears as gift) already paid tickets months ago (told they were reserved but not) any thoughts how to do this for my fam?

    Hiya, Gloria!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for sending your Disneyland Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR!

Oh my goodness, you have such a happy life event coming up! Be sure to stop by Guest Relations, your Disneyland Resort Hotel front desk, or any shop and ask for complimentary celebration buttons for your whole party! You could pick up a set of 'Happily Ever After' buttons for your son and his intended, and you certainly need an "I'm Celebrating" button for yourself as the Mother of the Groom!

Oh, dear! I'm so sorry to hEAR that you're just now discovering that you don't have Park Pass Reservations already in place, Gloria! Your best bet is to either call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Helpline or to visit the Guest Relations walk-up window in person and speak with them about how to move forward. The Helpline number is (714) 781-4636, but you might have a faster time utilizing the Guest Relations walk-up window, which is directly to the left of the Disney California Adventure Park entrance turnstiles.

I'm not sure which Theme Park Admission Tickets you purchased, but keep trying for Park Pass Reservations. I just checked the Park Pass Reservation Availability Calendar myself, and it looks like there are a few openings that are popping up as others cancel their weekend plans. Another idea is that same-day availability sometimes opens up later in the day, sometimes as early as 10:00am and sometimes in the mid-afternoon. This might not be the best idea if you have multi-day tickets but should suffice if you had 1-day passes.

Bonus Tip: You should be able to track down a pair of wedding ears in the World of Disney shop in the Downtown Disney District.

I'm so sorry that you've encountered this snafu so close to such a special day, Gloria! I'm going to wish extra big for piles of pixie dust for your whole wedding party.
