We are coming to the Beach Club Villas in July for a tournament at WWOS. I'm concerned about scheduling reservations and fast passes when I have no idea when we will play. Does anyone have any experience with playing at WWOS and how they schedule games?

    Hey Stephanie!

I completely understand what you are going through. We are playing in a tournament at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in June which we have played in for the past several year. Historically, they do not release the playing schedule until about a week before that tournament starts. This makes it very difficult to plan the Walt Disney World portion of our Disney Sports vacation.

Here are some tips to help you plan the best you can:

    • If it's feasible, arrive a couple of days before your tournament or stay a couple of days after so you can have some guaranteed park time.
    • Use your My Disney Experience account make FastPass+ selections as soon as you know your schedule. You would be surprised to find some of the great selections you can pick up at the last minute. This can even be done while you are sitting at your tournament using the My Disney Experience mobile app.
    • Contact the sanctioning organization or host of your tournament to see if they have any idea at the very least on wave times.
    • Stop by the Welcome Center at the Complex. These Cast Members are a wealth of information on making hard to get Advanced Dining Reservations.

I am sorry I couldn't give you a more definitive answer but I hope some of these tips help with your planning. If you have any other questions about the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex or any other aspect of your Walt Disney World vacation please come back and see me.

Wishing you a *MAGICAL* vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
